Last Christmas I sewed to and sewed and sewed until I had two quilts done. One was for my husband's gift:
Secondly, I made a first Christmas blank for Zak and I. It was our first Christmas as a married couple. After this Christmas blanket last year, this year I made a table runner to match. I used a pattern for the Christmas blanket, and an altered pattern for the table runner.
The projects are all building off of one another. I am beginning to really have a "stash" of fabric around the house. Now I can use me craps to create coordinating pieces. I still have some more scraps for the moda countdown to Christmas jellyroll. I have plans for a small wall hanging, but I am in the mood to sew things other than Christmas!
